Recenzii
Mssrs Sokol, Crane, and Ezrachi have quarterbacked a new country-by-country competition law compendium that serves as a one-stop shop resource for business leaders and their counselors. Covering 43 jurisdictions with each country's chapter written by a who's who of international competition law practitioners, this publication is particularly useful for in-house counsel who advise far-flung business operations and need a solid, credible reference to quickly ascertain core competition law principles. This volume holds a place on my desk reserved only for a few "go-to" world competition law authorities.
This is an ambitious comparative review of antitrust law requirements around the world. It contributes significantly to current knowledge in that it covers a number of jurisdictions not normally covered by reviews such as this
