It was designed to help graduate students cope with the literature; by focusing on seminal works it accomplishes that goal well. . . . Indexes by author, subject, country, cross-country comparisons, and cross-continent and worldwide research focus guarantee the volume's usefulness. . . . Highly recommended for graduate-level collections in economics and international development.
