He is the author of Managing Conflict in Organizations, Second Edition (Praeger, 1992) and editor of Managing Conflict: An Interdisciplinary Approach (Praeger, 1989) and Theory and Research in Conflict Management (Praeger, 1990).ALBERT A. BLUM is Professor of Management at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces. He is the editor of International Handbook of Industrial Relations (Greenwood, 1981).
