William C. Green is Associate Professor of International Relations at Boston University and the author of the book Soviet Nuclear Weapons Policy: A Research and Bibliographic Guide (1987).
Theodore Karasik is a Staff Member in the Political Science Department of the RAND Corporation and a Research Associate at the Center for Russian and Soviet Studies in Monterey, California. He is the author of articles on Soviet politics and specializes in leadership analysis.
