Notă biografică
Dr Betsy Ng is a researcher and lecturer at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She has been actively involved in education research since 2009, and her areas of expertise include motivation, and lifelong learning. Her research interests also include adult learning, workplace learning, and job employability. To date, she has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles and conference paper presentations. Having a strong interest in education, Betsy has an extensive working experience as an education specialist, polytechnic lecturer, science editor, and educator in a range of educational settings. She serves as a guest editor and reviewer for numerous academic journals and conferences, including Learning and Individual Differences, Learning and Motivation, and for the American Educational Research Association. Betsy is currently involved in several funded research projects as a principal investigator and co-investigator.
