Grimm Patriot

In 1775 Philadelphia, young Joseph Grimm decides to leave behind his comfortable life and secure future as a merchant to join the cause of rebellion.

At the urging of his mentor, godfather, and boisterous Dutch merchant Stefan Klaers, Grimm enlists in the newly-formed corps of Continental Marines. But before he can complete his first week of training, he and a small group of fellow marines are sent on a secret mission to stop a British major who is harboring a secret with the power to bring the rebellion to its knees. As Joseph and his fellow marines embark on a journey where time is of the essence, they must confront the harsh realities of war and death, honor and treachery, and struggles and rewards. Now only time will tell if their mission will be successful in taking down a brutal major determined to regain all he has lost.
