Handbook of Inclusive Knowledge Management: Ensuring Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity in Knowledge Processing Activities examines the role that diversity, equity and inclusivity (DEI) are part of the field and the discipline of knowledge management (KM). With the premise that DEI is the inclusion and equal treatment of all types of people, things and viewpoints, the book aims to increase awareness of DEI among KM practitioners and researchers.
