MARGARET H. ("maggie") BONHAM is the author of nine books, including the recent The Complete Guide to Mutts (Howell Book House) and the classic Northern Breeds, and is a two–time winner of the prestigious Maxwell Award for her writing. A competitive sled dog racer, she trains a variety of breeds in agility, racing, obedience, and conformation.
