Notă biografică

Lexia G Mackin is an author and Bible teacher, with a passion for helping people grow and achieve all that God has for them. Lexia teaches the Word of God in small groups, a local ministry training school and in church congregations in Australia and overseas. She also ministers to young, at-risk teenage girls in a local ministry. With her son, she has visited New Caledonia to share on Discipleship, Building on the Rock and the Foundations of Our Faith. She encourages and mentors young people to grow to maturity in their Christian walk and to develop an intimate relationship with their Father through committed discipleship. She is a qualified teacher, with a Masters in Education (Further Education & Training), specialising in literacy and numeracy. After seeing a need in the workplace for a more intensive form of training in adult literacy, she developed her own literacy program based on hearing the sounds of language and coding those sounds into written form. She enjoys retirement in Toowoomba, Australia, with her husband, surrounded by the beautiful Australian rural landscape where they, and the many friends who 'drop in', can often be found sitting on their back verandah having a 'cuppa' - soaking in the peace and serenity only He provides.
