For most of high school, Bijan has flown under the radar. But when he gets to play in his first varsity basketball game everything changes. He makes the winning basket and earns himself a permanent place on the varsity team just in time for playoffs.

He's the man of the hour, and not everyone is happy about it. An anonymous emailer sends a picture of Bijan photoshopped to look like a terrorist to the entire school. His mother is horrified, and the school administration is outraged. They promise to find out who did it and punish the culprit. All Bijan wants to do is pretend it never happened and move on. But the incident isn't so easily erased--especially because some of Bijan's own teammates may have been responsible.
