»Sport Homologation«: This thesis examines the certification process of sports federations for sports equipment used in their sport. The certification ensures the safety and equality in each sport. Homologation restricts competition in the procurement markets for the respective sports equipment as well as in the sub-markets for competitive sports equipment. This book then examines in detail the conditions under which these restrictions can be justified.
