Jo Hemmings is a behavioural psychologist who studied at the Universities of Warwick and London. She has authored several successful books on relationships, writes regularly for national newspapers and magazines, is a regular on TV and radio, and runs a counselling practice in London. She is also the consultant psychologist on ITV's Good Morning Britain in the UK.
