Notă biografică

Agnieszka Rzepka is a Professor at Lublin University of Technology in the Faculty of Management in the Department of Economics and Economic Management. She specializes in inter-organizational management, intellectual capital, self-management, and SMEs. Her current research is focused on teal organizations. In addition to 140 papers, she has written 7 proprietary and collective monographs such as Inter-organizational Relations and Intellectual Capital as Factors for the Development of Micro and Small Enterprises: A Study of Polish and Georgian Enterprises (Difin, 2018) She is also the co-author of Self-Management, Entrepreneurial Culture, and Economy 4.0: A Contemporary Approach to Organizational Theory Development (Routledge, 2022) and Inter-organizational Management in Agile Enterprises (Texter, 2017).

The rapidly changing world requires constant revisions and adaptations to existing business strategies and models. The emerging industry 5.0 reality is forcing companies to transition to a more sustainable, human-centric, and resilient industry through innovation.
