Notă biografică

Alice K. Johnson Butterfield, PhD, is a Professor at the Jane Addams College of Social Work, University of Illinois-Chicago. Her scholarly interests include policy and service delivery for homeless families, community practice, and international social work. Dr. Butterfield is an editor of numerous journals. She is also a member of the National Board of Advisors of Influencing State Policy (INFLUENCE). Dr. Butterfield is Principal Investigator of the Social Work Education in Ethiopia Partnership (Project SWEEP), a university-to-university partnership that has established the first-ever graduate degree in social work at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia. Yossi Korazim-Korosy, DSW, is a senior social worker and community work specialist, employed by the Ministry of Social Affairs in Jerusalem, as Head of Policy-Planning Department, The Division of Strategic Planning, Research and Training. Since 1999, he has chaired the Interdisciplinary Forum for Community Development and serves on the Boards of IACD (the International Association for Community Development) and ACOSA (the (American) Association for Community Organization and Social Administration). Dr. Korazim has served on several boards of professional non-governmental organizations in Israel.
