Alexandra R. Harrington, PhD, is a Lecturer in Law at Lancaster University Law School, Chair of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law’s Agreement on Plastic Pollution Task Force, and Director of Studies for the International Law Association Colombian Branch.
