Dr. Jennifer Esposito is a Department Chair and Professor of Research in the department of Educational Policy Studies at Georgia State University. Her research examines the ways race, class, gender, and/or sexuality impact a person¿s experiences within education, including the educative sites of popular culture/media. She is the co-author of the book Intersectional Analysis of Popular Culture Texts: Clarity in the Matrix. Additionally, she is the author of over 40 articles and book chapters. She has published in journals like Qualitative Inquiry, International Journal of Qualitative Research in Education, International Review of Qualitative Research, and Urban Education.
