Claus Hüsselmann is head of the Laboratory for Process and Project Management in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the TH Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences, Germany.

This book shows how the advantages of different lean project management methods - adaptive, targeted and flexible – can be combined and shows how an organization can systematically professionalize its project management, and make it more flexible in a targeted manner, in order to achieve more value with less effort.
