Michael always wanted the regular life. He made one out of money from his part-time grocery gig, high calorie snacks, long time friendships with Sarah and Jack, TV star fixations, and a chronic habit of delving into social networks wherever possible. But life as Michael imagined it is about to change. Thrown out of his parents' home, he's forced to scramble to not only piece together a life, but to finally figure out just what that life should be. Along with him on his twisting and turning path are Sarah: single mom and double job warrior, and Jack: the seeker of the next big thing in business. Together, these old high school buds weave their way through a sea of bills, kids, careers, sex, and more trying to figure out not just what they want, but what they need.
