Notă biografică

Cynthia Rylant has written more than sixty books for children, including Missing May, a Newbery Medal winner; A Fine White Dust, a Newbery Honor book; and When I Was Young in the Mountains and The Relatives Came, both Caldecott Honor books. In addition, she has illustrated several of her own books, including Dog Heaven and Cat Heaven. She is the author of The Wonderful Happens, illustrated by Coco Dowley, and Good Morning, Sweetie Pie: And Other Poems for Little Children, illustrated by Jane Dyer. Cynthia is also the creator of many celebrated series, including Henry and Mudge, and the Cobble Street Cousins, another collaboration with Wendy Anderson Halperin. She lives in the Pacific Northwest.
