Nicholas Leach has edited the international shipping magazine Ships Monthly for almost twenty years. He has written extensively about lifeboats, lighthouses, shipping and maritime matters, and has visited and photographed almost every lighthouse in England and Wales.Tony Denton is a retired electrical engineer. He has lived in Shropshire for over fifty years but has always retained a keen interest in lifeboats and lighthouses, having visited most lifeboat stations and lighthouses in the UK and Ireland. Lighthouses of England and Wales is their first collaborative book for The History Press.
