As I read this book, over and over again, I was moved, by one chapter or another, to wish that I had printed copies that I could offer to the participants in my workshops who are struggling with the very practical and philosophical issues she raises. There are sentences whose wisdom and beauty had me scrambling for a pen to write them in my own notebook. For example, she says, "I will write because writing has the potential to make a difference in someone's life, even if it turns out to only be in my own life."
