About the Author: Jennifer grew up in Port Coquitlam, B.C., Canada, in a yellow house on a green hill. She has been telling creative stories ever since she was a wee girl, mostly to her little redheaded sister who was always her biggest fan. Jennifer started writing as soon as she knew how, her love for words grew as she played and rearranged them.Jennifer is now a mama to a sweet, cuddly, courageous baby girl named Lola. Lola inspired Jennifer to get back into doing what she has always loved -- storytelling. About the Artist: Maria was born in the Dominican Republic. One of her first drawings she completed was of her mother. Her mother's reaction to the drawing was of pure admiration, this confirmed Maria's dream to become an artist. And so her colourful path began. Maria studied Fine Arts, majoring in illustration. Today she lives in Barcelona, Spain, where she works as a graphic designer and illustrator
