Margot Northey is a specialist in communications and the former dean of the School of Business at Queen's University. With the original Making Sense volume now in its eighth edition and seven specialized adaptations currently published, Northey's series of Making Sense texts has experienced tremendous success in the Canadian undergraduate market. Lorne Tepperman is a professor of sociology at the University of Toronto. Patrizia Albanese is a professor of sociology at Ryerson University.
