Notă biografică
RICHARD B. PETERSON is Professor of Management and Organization in the School of Business Administration at the University of Washington in Seattle. He has authored or co-authored six books in the area of industrial relations, human resource management, and international management. He is widely published in such journals as the Journal of International Business Studies, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Industrial Relations, and Industrial and Labor Relations Review. Before returning for his doctorate, he worked in industry in the personnel and industrial relations field.
