Recenzii
...a magnificent breadth of scope [is] interwoven throughout the book. Each chapter transcends the narrow constraints of its title by addressing a range of related topics with theories culled from numerous disciplines.
...an extraordinarily accomplished and important book... ambitious, linking theory and empirical research findings from organizational behaviour, employment studies, human resource management, social policy and economics, written by two leading sociologists who understand and are familiar with the economics and politics of global capitalism... It is a tour de force.
