Heru Susanto, PhD, is a researcher of the Data Security Group at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences. He is also an honorary professor at the Department of Information Management, College of Management, Tunghai University, Taichung, Taiwan. Also, Dr. Heru worked as an assistant professor in Technology Management, School of Business, University Technology of Brunei. Dr. Heru has experience as an IT professional and as web division head at IT Strategic Management at Indomobil Group Corporation. He has worked as the Prince Muqrin Chair for Information Security Technologies at King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His research interests are in the areas of information system, computer security, information security management system, and information system and technology as an enabler of organizations’ business process re-engineering and e-marketing. He has over 15 years of professional teaching and research experience at the university level, and over 20 years of working on research for various studies in the field, with more than 27 books, seven full authored books and 20 book chapters, and more than 35 international publication in peer-review journals included in Scopus, Science Direct, Springer, ISI, and Global Indexed.
Fang-Yie Leu, PhD, is currently a Professor in the Computer Science Department at Tunghai University, Taiwan. He is on the editorial boards of several journals. Professor Leu organizes international workshops on mobile commerce, cloud computing, network and communication security (MCNCS) and compact wireless EVA communications system (CWECS). He is an IEEE member and now serves as a technical program committee (TPC) member of many international conferences. He was also a visiting scholar at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His research interests include wireless communication, network security, grid applications, and security. Dr. Leu received his bachelor, master, and PhD degrees all from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan.
Chin Kang Chen, PhD, is a Lecturer at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Begawan, Brunei. He also has industry experience from working on projects with local telecommunications companies and government ministries and agencies. His research interests include information security management system, IT governance, mobile devices, cloud computing, and e-government. Dr. Chen received his bachelor of engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia; his masters in digital communication from Monash University, Melbourne, Victoria; his masters in information technology from Queensland University of Technology, Australia; and his PhD from the Univeristy of Brunei.
Fadzliwati Mohiddin, PhD is a program leader and principal lecturer at the School of Business, Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB). Prior to joining UTB, she was the Chief Information Officer, the Director of ICTC, and the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA).. She also held the post of Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Policy Studies, Universiti Brunei Darussalam from 2009 to 2010. She lectures in business information systems and general management. She was involved with several ICT projects that include knowledge management systems and e-learning systems for the Ministry of Education. And she has been appointed as a judge for several business and ICT competitions such as the Asia Pacific ICT Award (APICTA) and the Brunei ICT Award (BICTA) since 2010. She holds a BA, Management Studies (Universiti Brunei Darussalam); an MBA (Lancaster University, UK); a PhD, Information Systems (Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia). Her current research interest includes information systems success, knowledge management, e-government, and general management.
