This work has included both demand modeling and marketing theory.JULE B. GASSENHEIMER is Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Kentucky. Her work has appeared in a number of journals, including the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Managerial Issues, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Physical Distribution, and Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management. Her work centers on marketing channels and marketing theory.JAMES M. MASKULKA is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Lehigh University. He has published articles in the International Marketing Review, Business, and the Journal of Business Research. He has also published articles in trade publications such as Transportation and Distribution and Advertising Age. His primary interests are advertising management and international business.
