Stunned by a series of tragedies, Miller explores the home of her youth in rural Limestone, hoping to reconcile the family's past with her desire to move forward with the future. She explores her family history from her grandparent's settlement in Limestone, to her parents' marriage after WWII through and beyond the tragic deaths of her brother and sister-in-law at the hands of a drunk driver. Despite the turmoil, Miller's faith that God has a plan, anchors her throughout the most challenging chapter of her life and helps sustain her on some of her worst days. In fact she sometimes finds wisdom and humor in her analysis of the events. But it is also the strength of her family's love for each other that gives Miller the courage and wisdom to look at the future with hope.
