Notă biografică
Boaz Gavish was born in France in 1972. He's an artist and children's book author who studied traditional art at the National School Fine Arts de Lyon. Boaz moved to New York City in 1990 where he taught private art lessons and worked as an auctioneer for a major auction house. After returning to Paris for a period, he studied creative writing and philosophy at the Paris School of Art and Culture before permanently settling in New York City in 1997. Boaz is a resident of the Lower East Side of Manhattan, where he takes inspiration from the city's energy and culture for his writing. Up until recently, he was working at the publicly traded company, Revlon. His most recent book, Mia and the Rocket Ship Tree, is a tale of women's empowerment set in space with a diverse cast of characters.
