Nobody seems to know what to do anymore. I set out on my journey committed to losing weight my way. I wasn't going to follow fads that only served to put more pounds on in the end, I wasn't going to be hungry and I wasn't going to spend one minute doing dreadful exercises. It would be a process of self-discovery. One to enjoy and to use as a tool to feel good about myself. As the pounds came off, people asked me how I did it. After telling them, I was repeatedly asked to write it down. My process is unique and simple and it works. I decided to write this book, well, because I got tired of writing it down. I hope it helps others on their weight loss journey.
