More Than All the Pastries in Paris

Autor Stacey Dixon Phelan
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 28 ian 2021
More Than All the Pastries in Paris, a keepsake bedtime story for all ages to remember, began as a game with her three children. Stacey Dixon Phelan wants to provide families an opportunity to play this game and create their own collection to cherish for years to come.
With whimsical and vibrant illustrations, More Than All the Pastries in Paris will stimulate any child. Alliteration is used to make the sayings catchy and fun for children to repeat throughout the day. "I love you more than all the clovers in Killarney" and "I love you more than all the ruins in Rome" will provide a sentimental means of entertaining children while educating them about beautiful landmarks of Europe. Children and parents alike can tour the world and say, "We can play this game too "

Notă biografică

After finishing her law degree, Stacey Dixon Phelan knew her most important contribution would be raising her two daughters and son. As a stay-at-home mother, she found tremendous inspiration for writing. More Than All the Pastries in Paris began as a game with her children as she would say goodnight, explaining, "I love you more than the moon and stars." To this, they surprised her with responses that would be impossible to count, exhibiting a level of imagination that only children could possess. This is Stacey's first book. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
