Recenzii
'What if successful people define themselves as verbs, not as nouns? As doers, not as objects? Amanda Brouwer skillfully illuminates how to use this technique to become a healthier eater, as well as an effective "doer" more generally.' —Kennon M. Sheldon, Curators’ Distinguished Professor of Psychological Sciences, University of Missouri, USA
