J. P. Muller was an accomplished Danish athlete. From 1904 he won 134 prizes in almost every branch of sports and athletics. This book was written in 1904, it was translated into English in 1905. Eventually, it was translated into twenty-four languages and is the greatest selling book on Health Exercise ever published. Muller went on to write a series of books, based on his 'system'.
