Notă biografică

Dr. Laura McHale (PsyD, CPsychol) is a leadership psychologist, lecturer, and author specializing in neuroscience, communication, and organizational culture. She is the founder and managing director of Conduit Consultants, a leadership consulting firm based in Hong Kong. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Dr. McHale worked for over 15 years as a corporate communications executive in the financial services industry, across the US, Europe, and Asia. Dr. McHale earned a doctorate (PsyD) in leadership psychology in 2019 from William James College, with a concentration in the neuroscience of leadership. She holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, where she received the Babsy Marchioness of Winchester Award in Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in 2000. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California San Diego. Dr. McHale is a member of the American Psychological Association, a chartered member of the British Psychological Society, an EMCC accredited coach at the Senior Practitioner level, and she holds an accreditation in business communication (ABC) from the International Association of Business Communicators.
