Notă biografică

Prof. Dr. Jens Horbach is Professor of Economics at the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg. He holds a PhD from Friedrich-Alexander University in Nuremberg. From 1992 to 1996 he worked as scientific staff member at the Institute for Economic Research in Halle. Horbach´s current research interests focus on the empirical analysis of the determinants and effects of environmental innovations. He has published in major journals such as Research Policy or Ecological Economics.
Dr. Christiane Reif studied international economics at the University of Regensburg in the "Honors" degree programme. Since October 2009, Christiane Reif has worked as a researcher in ZEW’s Research Department "Environmental and Resource Economics, Environmental Management". She was a visiting researcher at the Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3) in Bilbao, Spain. She successfully finished her doctoral thesis entitled “Voluntary Cooperation of Individuals and Cooperates in the Environmental Context” in 2015. In her research in environmental and behavioural economics, she applies experimental and empirical methods on issues like public good provision, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and adaptation to climate change.
