Soumita Basu is a senior assistant professor in international relations at the South Asian University, New Delhi, India. Paul C. Kirby is assistant professorial research fellow at the Centre for Women, Peace and Security at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Laura J. Shepherd is a professor of international relations at the University of Sydney.
