His research is focused on marketing capabilities, internationalization of disadvantageous firms, and marketing of higher education institutions. His research has appeared in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, International Small Business Journal, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research, International Journal of Advertising, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, among others.
