Christopher W.Hughes is Senior Research Fellow, Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation, University of Warwick. Nicola Phillips is Lecturer in Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick. Ben Rosamond is Senoir Lecturer in Politics and International Studies at Warwick.
