Notă biografică
Ella Rolando began practicing yoga at a young age and became a certified teacher at nineteen. Since then, she has grown to teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, lead guided meditations, and hold sacred group ceremonies. Her teachings stem from a melding of philosophies, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Daoism, and mysticism. Ella weaves poetic and artistic flow into all of her yogic studies and teachings to share the cyclical nature of creativity with all folks. She received her 200 Hour RYT in Boulder, Colorado and an additional 50 Hour RYT in Bali, Indonesia. At present, she is on the road sharing her teachings & pursuing personal studies.
