Otis jumps again in his second adventure. This time, he lands in middle of the ocean. There are lots of cool sea creatures for him to look at. Jellyfish, whales, manta rays, blowfish... But are the sharks going to behave? And how will Otis jump out of the ocean without jumping beans?
