Perchance to Scream Vol. 1

In "Swamp Land Tale," a magazine writer makes a trip to her old stomping grounds of New Orleans. The writer's conference offers an opportunity to catch up with her estranged daughter. She is soon horrified when she discovers what her daughter has become. In "Loons," a group of men get together at a friend's funeral - a murdered friend's funeral. They reminisce over old times and piece together the details surrounding the gruesome and strangely humorous death. In "Animals," a young man ventures beyond the edge of madness to find the woman of his dreams. The journey, as well as the conquest, has disturbing consequences. In "Cow Tipping," a priest visits a former patient on death row. The inmate, convicted of slaughtering his three best friends, offers a rather bizarre explanation. And in "Captive," a young man meets a woman at a bar in Myrtle Beach. Unexpectedly, he gives up his life of hard partying and one-night stands for her. True love has finally captured his heart. Well, at least that's how it seems.
