I already have a pilates dvd but that just dives straight into the exercises. This book covers the basics and principles of pilates, teaching you about your body and positioning so you get the most out of the exercises. The exercises themselves are easy to follow with simple illustrations showing the positions, and each exercise has three levels of difficulty so it covers all abilities.

Notă biografică

Annabel Kent is a qualified level 3 Pilates instructor, and has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. Anabel works with horses, and is through the stresses that such work put on her body that she came to Pilates. She has had several articles published in horse magazine, including a feature entitled Pilates for Horse Riders. Annabel lives in Wadebridge in Somerset.
