Notă biografică
Yang Zhong is a Changjiang Scholar at the School of International and Public Affairs of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, and a tenured professor of political science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA. His main research interests include local governance in China, political culture, and political participation.
