Notă biografică
Mónica Esti Rein, born in Argentina, received her Ph.D. in history from the School of History at Tel Aviv University. She teaches history at Levinsky College of Education in Tel Aviv and has published various articles on Argentine education in the twentieth century. She also works as a school history textbook consultant in Israel and trains teachers of history.
Descriere
This study focuses on the formal education system in Argentina between 1946 and 1962. It analyzes the link between politics and education against the backdrop of changing social conditions in Argentina under the regimes of Peron, Lonardi and Aramburu, and Frondizi.
