Descriere
The Indian Ocean is the world’s third largest body of water and an arena of great geo-political and strategic competition amongst global actors that hold a key interest in managing, obstructing and controlling maritime access and thoroughfare. Leading scholars from Asia, Europe and the United States examine current security concerns and the evolving institutional and policy environment behind efforts at maritime governance.
