Notă biografică

Bekkay Hajji is a Professor and the Director of the Renewable Energy, Embedded Systems and Information Processing Laboratory at the Mohammed 1st University’s National School of Applied Sciences. He received his DEA in Microelectronics from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Toulouse (INSAT, France) in 1996 and his Ph.D. from the Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems (LAAS-CNRS) Toulouse, France. His research focuses on the development of bio-chemical microsensors, embedded systems and renewable energy. 

Adel Mellit is a Professor and the Director of the Renewable Energy Laboratory at Jijel University, Algeria. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Electronics from the University of Sciences Technologies (USTHB) Algiers in 2002 and 2006, respectively. His research focuses on PV systems. He has published six book chapters and more than 90 papers in respected journals and conference proceedings. He is an associate member of the ICTP Trieste (Italy) and serves on the editorial board of the journals Energy and Renewable Energy. 

 
Giuseppe Macro Tina is an Associate Professor of Electric Energy Systems at the University of Catania, Italy, where he is responsible for the power system research group and lab. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrotechnics from Catania University in 1988 and 1992, respectively. From 1993 to 1996, he worked with STMicroelectronics in Italy and was an Associate Researcher at INFN, Catania (2002). He is a member of the IEEE Power and Energy Society, and from 2012 to 2015, he was the Vice President of the Catania section of AEIT.  


Abdelhamid Rabhi is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Picardie Jules Verne of Amiens, France. He completed his Master’s in Robotics and Control Systems at the University of Versailles and his Ph.D. in Observation and Controlfor Non-linear and Complex Systems in 2005. His research deals with robust control, diagnosis and observation for complex systems, such as vehicles and robots, with a focus on vehicles and autonomous-robot applications.  

 
Jerome Launay is a Research Fellow at the Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems (LAAS-CNRS) Toulouse, France. He completed his Ph.D. at LAAS-CNRS in 2001 and was a CNRS Research Fellow at the Centre CESR-CNRS, Toulouse, from 2002 to 2006. His research focuses on the development of chemical microsensors. He has published more than 95 research articles in respected journals and conferences and holds 3 patents.  

 
Salah EddineNaimi is an Associate Professor at the National School of Applied Sciences, Mohammed 1st University. After completing his Ph.D. at the Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems, France, he worked as a Process Engineer at STMicroelectronics and as an Electrical Engineering Coordinator at the National School of Applied Sciences Oujda. His research focuses on biosensors, ASICs and PV/T systems.
