Recenzii
Reviews of Previous Editions:
'On putting this book down the lasting impression is one of having been in safe and reliable hands….the book is written from a sound base of knowledge backed by a wide practical experience of managing property' - Journal of Property Valuation
'updated to take account of recent developments in law and practice ... the third edition of Property Asset Management will enable those working in this important area of professional surveying practice to keep their knowledge up to date.' – David Adams, University of Glasgow, Housing Studies
Reviews of Current Edition:
"The wide scope of this book makes it suitable for all property students and practitioners as a basic textbook. …it has a strong focus on local [UK] legislations and stakeholders, but their discussion also shows property managers from other countries what to consider and find out in their own national context…The book [also] has a clear, general explanation of CRE and how it should be approached by organisations of all sizes. By its broad approach, the content is relevant for property management of small and large organisations."
