Author Maia Kotrosits: Maia Kotrosits is assistant professor of religion, queer studies, and women's studies at Denison University, USA. Author Hal Taussig: Hal Taussig holds professorial rank at both the Recontructionist Rabbinical College and the Union Theological Seminary in New York, USA.
