Reflections on the Psalms is one mans response to each of the 150 Psalms contained in the Old Testament. Applying each of the psalms to current and everyday situations, this collection of poems has been written to be read either on its own, or even better with the Psalm on which each poem is based. Using experiences from working with the homeless, with addictions and with mental health issues, as well as drawing from everyday life situations, the poems also respond to questions and issues often raised in the media. They describe responses to situations, cries for help and shouts for joy. The collection can be a good basis for personal use and also group situations. As the title suggests, most is gained by reflecting on the poem and or the psalm. Who is the book written for?
