"This was such a unique peek into this writer's thoughts and how she processes her life experiences. So much intelligence and heart." "It's always hard to review a memoir because you are commenting on someone's life. In this case, I think there's a terrific story here. The author has a good narrative writing method." "Everyone has a story to tell. Her story was told in a manner that can struck a nerve within her readers. The flow of her story, the re-living of childhood experiences and the candidness that came with every word made me feel as the first person who is experiencing the story real hand, stopping along the way to observe and feel and understand." "Easy to follow. The plot is well developed, the pace of the story plotline was perfect. The story was very engrossing from the very the beginning. Right away, you are drawn in by the characters and the world they inhabit. The author is a great storyteller and I could visualize everything as I read." "Impressive narrative writing. Very consistent on the build-up of the pace of the story."
